Chazuke is made by pouring green tea, dashi, or hot water over cooked rice with savory toppings, pretty much like how you would treat a bowl of cereal. Common toppings include tsukemono, umeboshi, nori, furikake, sesame seeds, mentaiko, and many more.

メロンパン (Melon Pan)
The Melon Pan are made from an enriched dough covered with a thin layer of crispy cookie dough. The name “melon” comes from the resemblance to a cantaloupe but originally they do not contain melon. Only recently did several companies put melon in this traditional Japanese treat.
